THE racing season may be drawing to a close but the Rally season is still in full swing and is certainly keeping the Pit Lane crew busy. Rallies in Nottingham, Scotland, Wales, Holland, Cyprus and Dubai will all be coming onto TV screens thanks to Pit Lane

We are attending the final two rounds of the Middle East Rally Championship; the Troodos Rally in Cyprus where Caroline Samuels will be reporting and the Dubai International Rally where Andrew Marriott will dust off his desert boots.

Nearer to home Andrew recently covered the classic closed road rally on the Isle of Mull, the Tunnocks Tour of Mull for a World Motorsports’ feature while Chris Szymanski was on hand for the final round of the 1.6  Peugeot 205 & RWD Challenge, the Premier Rally in Nottinghamshire. Caroline is staying with the Peugeot theme and covering the final round of the 1.9 Peugeot Challenge, the Euregio Rally in Hengelo, Holland.

Nearer to home the team was on hand to cover the final round of the MSA Gravel Rally Championship, the Bulldog rally based in Oswestry, Shropshire and witness a dominating performance by Norwegian teenage sensation Andreas Mikelson in the Ford Focus and Championship victory by Craig Middleton in his Matador Tyres Hyundai.
